Just a month to go and many teams are already back for
pre-season training. Man Utd were the quickest out of the blocks with
the triple signing of Hargreaves, Nani and Anderson. I'll be interesting
to see how Arsenal cope after the sale of Henry to Barcelona with Eduardo
coming in to take up his role. Reo-Coker have finally settled a move
away from Upton Park and should be only the 1st of many signings for
Aston Villa this summer. The biggest signing of the lot so far must
be Fernando Torres' move to Liverpool from Athletico Madrid, the Spanish
international have agreed a 6 year contract with the Merseyside club
and will spearhead the Liverpool attack.
Newcastle, Portsmouth and Spurs have all added to their squad considerably
as well.
